Joe is a proven leader and change agent, with over 24 years of experience in the areas of organizational performance, strategic change management, and sales and marketing development in a number of business verticals, including Manufacturing, Professional Services, Finance, Telecommunications, Software, Technology, Insurance, and Consumer Goods. Joe founded SalesWerks, a strategic organizational change and sales growth consulting firm in 1997.  In addition, Joe spent 11 years at Ameritech/AT&T, where he led an internal performance consulting organization, and eventually served as Director of Human Capital with tri-state responsibility for 18 offices, 38 managers, and a $10 million operation.

Over his career, Joe has led numerous initiatives focusing on organizational growth including system implementations, merger/acquisition, product development, market expansion, reengineering, temporary CEO, and many other strategic areas.    Joe has consulted with numerous clients, including:  McDonald's, Ford Motor Company, AT&T, W.W. Grainger, Accenture, Motorola, and numerous small to mid-sized companies.  Joe is also an engaging speaker, and has been a keynote speaker at many corporate events on the topics of strategic sales and organizational change management.

Joe has a Masters Degree in Management/Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College. He is also a Registered Organizational Development Professional (RODP) and has a Certificate of Advanced Study in Organizational Change, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Marketing.
